All support information and requirements for having a successful trip and arranging camping equipment was made clear. Information and history of all places visited was given in a casual but very professional manner easy to understand and to make the visit to the specific place/s much more enjoyable and relevant. The experience and knowledge of the tour guides made it a pleasure, we felt safe and looked after and enjoyed every moment. We relaxed and came back home with memories and pictures to amaze our family and friends. This was our first trip with Bonsai and was the first of many."
