Bonsai Technologies CC, their employees, trail owners and contractors hereby absolve themselves from all liability and further indemnify them from any claim instituted by any person for damages or loss of whatsoever nature, including consequential damages or special damages of any nature following directly or indirectly from any injury (including fatal injury) suffered by or damages caused to any person whatsoever the cause while that person is using the information in the handbook and/or while the person is using the services of the above-mentioned organisations.
I am also aware that circumstances including, but not limited to, inclement weather, flooding, fires, impassable roads, etc. may necessitate changes to the published itinerary and acknowledge that while Bonsai Technologies and its associates will endeavour to adhere to the published itinerary, they cannot be held responsible for any changes that are caused and/or necessitated by circumstances beyond their control.
