CHOOSE IT

Click on "--Choose--" to select the tour/weekend to be booked or scroll down to the date to be booked.

BOOK IT

Click on the "Buy ticket" button of the applicable date to book for the tour/weekend.

SUBMIT IT

Please "Submit" twice.

Booking with Bonsai-SA is very easy.

ENJOY IT

No payment is required now. An invoice will be e-mailed to you prior to the tour/breakaway weekend. Payment of the invoice will confirm your booking.

Tariffs are subject to alteration without advance notice. Please confirm tariffs before making a booking.
Invoice will be based on the number of vehicles booked per tour/weekend.
Refer to differentiated tariffs at TOURS TARIFFS.
We use a back-to-back booking system. Even if the tour/weekend is scheduled, once we receive a booking for a tour/weekend, we confirm availability of the facilities/trails at the third party venue. We do not have control over the bookings at the specific third party venue where the tour/weekend is planned.

Please CONTACT ME if a tour/weekend is not scheduled or you would like another date for a tour/weekend.

No charge for cancellations 30 days or more before the tour or weekend date.
Forfeit 50% if cancelling 29-15 days before the tour or weekend date.
Forfeit 100% of the total cost if cancelling 14-0 days before the tour or weekend date, or for no shows.
You are requested to take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the eventuality that you need to make a cancellation.
Conservation fees and community levies are exempted from cancellation fees.
A 10% admin fee will be charged on any refunds.
