  • Tariffs are based on the amount of vehicles booked per tour or weekend trip.
  • Final tariff will be based on the amount of vehicles booked 30 days before the start date of the tour or weekend trip.

Payment Policy

  1. A 20% deposit will ensure your place on the tour or weekend.
  2. Full payment 30 days before the tour or weekend date.

Cancellation Policy

  1. No charge for cancellations 30 days or more before the tour or weekend date.
  2. Forfeit 50% if cancelling 29-15 days before the tour or weekend date.
  3. Forfeit 100% of the total cost if cancelling 14-0 days before the tour or weekend date, or for no shows.
  4. You are requested to take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the eventuality that you need to make a cancellation.
  5. Conservation fees and community levies are exempted from cancellation fees.
  6. A 10% admin fee will be charged on any refunds.
